Information submitted through forms
When you request a valuation, submit buyer criteria or join opportunity alerts, the website collects the contact and property information you choose to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords or other highly sensitive credentials.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, evaluate a property or buyer profile, and communicate relevant Missouri opportunities when you have consented. It is not displayed publicly through the website.
Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage and actions such as form submissions, phone clicks and email clicks. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical information such as device, browser and approximate location data. The site does not send the contents of your valuation or buyer form to Google Analytics.
Storage and transmission
Forms are transmitted over HTTPS to a server-side endpoint and stored in a restricted website database. Form notifications may also be delivered to Caleb Morris by email. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
Sharing
Information may be shared with National Land Realty and service providers that support website hosting, analytics, data storage or email delivery. Property or buyer information will not be publicly advertised through this website without appropriate authorization.
