Caleb Morris works with Missouri owners, investors and developers through National Land Realty’s Eastern Missouri office. His background includes project management, construction and property investment, bringing an operator’s perspective to valuation, property preparation and negotiations.
Caleb also owns a Missouri self-storage facility. That firsthand experience helps him understand the details behind facility performance—from rents, occupancy and collections to maintenance, expansion decisions and the realities of day-to-day ownership.
For manufactured housing communities, Caleb applies the same operating mindset to pad income, home inventory, utilities, roads, infill and capital needs. The goal is to organize the property story clearly and connect owners with buyers equipped for the opportunity.
